集团主要全资子公司东莞市强发五金塑胶制品有限公司，能提供一整套精密加工及表面处理的解决方案,公司拥有从产品研发设计到模具设计、模具精密制作、冲压、注塑、压铸、铝挤、CNC加工、喷涂、丝印、阳化、电镀、电泳、打磨喷砂、组装、测试为一体的完整生产链条。产品被广泛应用于汽车配件、医疗器材、家用电器之外壳，支架（如电视机、收录机、空调机、DVD、微波炉、电烤箱等），办公设备之配件（如电脑、复印机、打印机等），机电（如马达定/转子，外壳等）及机械等行业，产品远销欧洲、美国、日本等国家及地区，终端用户包括宝马、福田、康明斯、艾默生、爱普生、斑马、利盟、纽威、大金、美的、信浓等，公司拥有大批现代化的生产设备(如沙迪克慢走丝、CNC 、EDM等),。冲压生产设备50多台(10-1000T冲床)，注塑机50多台（80-850吨），电子装配线及检测仪器(全自动三次元、投影仪等)。

Dongguan Qiangfa Group was originally established in 1992 under the name Dongguan Qiangfa Metal Products Co., Ltd. After decades of dedicated growth and development, it has evolved into a diversified group enterprise with multiple subsidiaries. The group headquarters is located in Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, and boasts a self-built, garden-style manufacturing facility covering 60,000 square meters.
Our core subsidiary, Dongguan Qiangfa Metal & Plastic Products Co., Ltd., offers a comprehensive suite of precision manufacturing and surface treatment solutions. We operate a fully integrated production chain that includes product R&D, mold design and fabrication, stamping, injection molding, die-casting, aluminum extrusion, CNC machining, painting, silk-screen printing, anodizing, electroplating, electrophoresis, polishing, sandblasting, assembly, and testing.
Our products are widely used in industries such as automotive components, medical devices, home appliance enclosures and brackets (e.g., TVs, stereos, air conditioners, DVDs, microwaves, ovens), office equipment components (e.g., computers, copiers, printers), electromechanical systems (e.g., motor stators/rotors, housings), and general machinery. We export globally to Europe, the United States, Japan, and other markets, serving end clients such as BMW, Foton, Cummins, Emerson, Epson, Zebra, Lexmark, Neway, Daikin, Midea, Shinano, and more.
Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery—including Sodick slow-wire EDM, CNC, EDM, over 50 stamping presses (10T–1000T), more than 50 injection molding machines (80–850 tons), and comprehensive assembly lines and inspection equipment (including fully automated CMMs and projectors)—we ensure high precision and quality at every stage.
